It’s like the meetings that we have at our store don’t have any purpose. We always address the issues that we have in terms that certain things are done in wrong and more complicated way, and we always agree that certain thighs should be done in a different way. However, these changes never happen in reality, and we end up doing everything in the same way that we did before. It’s like it comes down to just empty talk.
Is this the case at other stores or is our manager just more incompetent, fu---d up and more lazy than others?

At least you talk about it. We don’t even talk about it in our store. The little peoples opinions and views don’t matter even though we do all the work and we know cuz we have been here longer.
