Its a scam change my mind.
Its a scam for the employees and for the customers. With emails telling us not to provide the services that the customer paid for and was promised. (Let me clarify that. We were told how we were going to be able to work cases and see it through with dedicated time. Instead it turned into a game of who can pick up the most calls. All it was is the frontline experts being put to handle customers who paid more but still getting the same service because the team was overwhelmed with customers being secretly put into a special preferred status to give them the taste of the same sh-t just from experts lol) We were told when one of the biggest customers threatened to pull out, we all of a sudden moved mountains. Now they got escalated right when they called in. It is all smoke and mirrors, a halfass program to squeeze employees and customers of their money. I include employees because we never got an increase in pay or anything special just more stress to meet numbers while handling high profile customers that were demanding not because of them but because of expectations set by sales and upper management.
The one thing I wish I could of done is only be on first name basis with customers because of managements stupidity. I can tell you that most of the engineers that were the experts have left the building and are thriving in their new places. I congratulate them and I am proud of them. The only way up is out ladies and gents!
