I figure this question comes up in the minds of many employees, now that nothing is certain and now that chances are that many of us will be hitting the job market.
They say the most important thing is to know how to sell yourself. Do any of the companies analyze the actual skills and experience of a future employee or is looking good in their eyes really the absolutely most important thing?
