I "love" how the work culture is such that we're now expected to work long hours - something that was considered going the extra mile before - and we're getting no recognition for it. They slowly morphed the expectations to consider more the norm and working normal hours as something less. And we only have ourselves to blame for letting it happen.

Not to mention that more and more knowledge of products and complex processes/procedures are not handed over properly and critical tasks are no longer performed.
