I Heard from big shot in Ciena circle and my Canadian contacts. Reason for closure is cost and Ciena not able to find significant business in IPbecause of stiff competition FROM COMPETITORS. Also most of San Jose work will be moved to India office.

Yes , May be right because most of the work is moving to India. I also see Ciena having tough time to retain talent and what is left is d-mb and arrogant people
