All hands and Town Hall this week for ASI & EMS both alluded to assessments of salaries to try and help with the attrition challenges. Does anyone know anything more or when they are getting rolled out?

got mine, 18.1%, i was stoked.
The salary adjustment was pretty good.
Already rec’d my increase and very happy with it!!!
GA pay is so low compared to the industry. It may bankrupt the company to actually pay on industry standard
They talked about wage adjustments prior to me leaving GA and a coworker just mentioned that it is only reserved for “certain people” now.
Whatever that means. Enjoy the continued attrition rate GA.
A review of salaries and adjustments to keep up with cost of living was mentioned by DA at an all-hands late last year. Still waiting for it... Talk is cheap.
