PS would be gutted - low margin BU.

PS-Federal might be safe for now, as most federal engagements, contractually, have to be supported by product vendor staff.

Hock is not interested in low margin businesses.

In the case of Symantec, the professional services organization was gutted, although the vast majority of people ended up transitioning to HCL as part of a deal that made HCL an exclusive partner. That turned out to be a huge mistake and HCL no longer has any such exclusivity.

PS is extremely valuable resource however low profit margin. That will probably go to Partners.

PS means giving the customer (and their business) the best possible outcome, but sadly it has very small margin. Services has changed in the last 5 years, it’s getting harder and harder to sell.
I don’t know what will happen to PS, but it’s not the same as it used to be.

Simple answer to that question, Do you generate a Million $ bill per annum? You would know the answer to that, if you know the answer to my question.
