The only RSU windfall will be for Vista Equity....
You don't need to be malicious and back-stabbing. There was a certain Chinese VP about three years ago, who was incompetent beyond recognition and managed to cruise for quite some time with just being useless and not stepping on anyones toes too much. Until he did and then he was outed in ~6mo.
This is not intended to be hateful against Chinese in general. Racist a-holes, keep out please.
Middle management incompetence is by far the biggest problem in Citrix. Unfortunately, to survive in a well-paid management job being incompetent, it is also necessary to be malicious, and back-stabbing. So, this group of individuals who combine the 2 most damaging traits for any team, is overrepresented at this moment.
You might not be able to do good work, but you can do a lot of work.
And yet some choose to stay and suffer, in the hope of an RSU windfall. Pitiful...
