That is probably because the word is out that your job at Technip Stephenville has a short shelf life. They need you until they don't then you are out the door. There are much better options out there. Loyalty left when Fernando did.
Here in Stephenville they are desperately trying to bring in new temps. They held three hiring events last month and only managed to hire around seven people.
I'm a bit worried, so if somebody can talk me off the ledge that'd be great.
