Blue Origin is hiring and offers comparable pay and benefits. several Boeing employee have left Boeing to work there and are much happier.

They are hiring janitors as inspectors and people off the street with little experience that can’t recognize major airplane components. What could go wrong?
You must mean a 20% wage decrease. Boeing wants you to work twice as hard for 20% less in wages.

If was that easy everyone see’s the business on the factory floor! The writing is on the wall! No way can this company sustain the losses and the debt they carry a raise is a Hail Mary pass!
They have a serious retention problem and they know it. Giving employees a bonus when everyone knows after you reach a certain age boeing is going to lay you off doesn’t amount to much. Most people at Boeing would change careers and companies if they had an opportunity. You cant treat most of your employees like temps and expect loyalty.
