I got a small pay increase but now I have twice as much work. Anyone else struggling to meet new expectations after being given a small increase?

Won’t employ anymore only contract, too much work with no idea from above how to cope, a real lack of experience from supervisors upwards.
Yes. Increase us 20 percent and we will all meet the new expectations
It’s the Dril-Quip way. Employ - squeeze employee until they break - employee departs - repeat.
