I know of this manager and he’s going places…understands people, fully supports them and is supply chain minded which are all key benefits. If you do your job then you’ll be fine as the expectation will be high but clear.
Cable has been underperforming for years now hence why they are bringing someone in that has the right style to make progress.
Shutting down talk is stupid.
