No one cares about the stores. Our hours are cut to nothing and DLs work M-F for a few hours maybe and the rest of the time they are at swanky work parties and playing softball games and have the nerve to post it on social media. Feels great when we are working to no end in the stores to see that.
Also has had a hiring freeze last couple of months. Is that posted in the news release
Toxic company. Keep reducing hours / expect more. Profits strong because they refuse to invest in what gives them ‘strong’ quarters, the people. Constantly worrying about restructuring/reductions - let’s develop a plan and give stores what they need to be even more successful, make the quarters even better/profitable. I’ve causally started looking / applying to see what else is out there.
