Is pretty bad when they conserve full-time 37 hours or less. To me full time is 40 hours, and the management sucks they expect one person to do everything & know everything! Everyone that’s good has Already left or plan on leaving. In micromanage everything, corporate needs to make a surprise visit because otherwise they don’t see how the stores actually being a run. On how communication between managers and employees is obsolete. It’s always about the credit card they don’t care about you,they don’t care about your family they don’t care. All the communication is about the credit card! That’s all they care about.
