Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Macy’s is the next Sears

Do I need to say more? Seems like they are going the way of the dinosaur just like Sears/Kmart.

You would think that retailers would learn lessons from other failed retailers and what not to do. But alas here we are. Keep going this route and for sure will end up like Sears and KMart. Once great companies going down the tubes it’s ashamed. Especially when you were part of the better times and higher sales figures.

I worked at Sears a number of years before Macy's. Macy's isn't Sears yet but Macy's is headed that direction by following the same business plan that Sears followed. I experience many of the same things everyday at Macy's that I experienced at Sears. Lowe's is headed in the same direction.
