I see people working harder than ever and longer than ever, not taking a break the whole day. Some are doing double work loads, and why? Because they think that'll make them stand out and survive the ongoing culling. They do this even though it's been proven over and over again that how hard you work means nothing. If the number crunchers want you gone, you'll be gone. It's just sad at this point.

Citrix is profitable at about 9% (down from 20s the prior year) the last time I checked, not very profitable.
IPO, Equity, Startups are thing of the past my friend. See the stock market? See the interest rate increases? These companies that are not profitable will run out of cash. Layoffs and the shiny equity grants will be worthless. Be careful!! At least Citrix is profitable.
The number of workers quitting is huge in some departments so it will get a lot worst soon unfortunately
Take your drive to a startup and get some skin in the game, help build the next big thing, use your expertise and experience to drive a business - one you can get in before IPO and get equity. Don’t waste your time with this carcass being plundered and squeezed dry bone by international hyenas!
