That's how it's going to be until even more people leave

I'm sick of hearing the manager say that there is no need for more people. Of course there is no need for more people, when most of us are overloaded way more than we should be. How many more people need to leave for TR to realize that we need more people?

They seem to want attrition in high cost areas. I don’t think they are going to hire more people. Staff cuts are how they boost the stock.
