Those are choices. With the attrition we're having nowadays it is highly likely you're going to get fired for having work-life balance.

I love how higher ups discourage workaholics but axe entire teams and place l the work on one or two people. I have no time for personal life anymore, currently looking for a job where I won’t go insane.
I barely do anything but work and sleep, I wonder if others are having the same experience.
