It only makes sense to leaave because i worked here for years and being near min wage is crazy. Im making what people are starting up with and i put work in to get and earn my pay. New employees are damn near just starting out with what i make now. Its time to jump, only makes sense. They can stay and have all this work. Do what i have done and earn your keep.
