I left six months ago and I still have PTSD from working there. I'm not even exaggerating, I was bullied both by my boss and some of my coworkers and HR did exactly nothing to help me. I couldn't be happier than I am for finally getting the courage and will to leave.

Literally next big thing is a fix.
...and now we get the "Harnessing Adversity Program". Translation: "We have effectively destroyed this company and the customer experience, so this program is to indoctrinate you to grit your way through our disaster".

Who would think that hiring bad managers and low quality workers for a decade would signal a down turn in all the attributes that made vmware great.
Good for you! Left that awful place some 4 years ago and never looked back. I admit I learned quite a lot from that place but at the expense of work-life balance. There’s no let up on the cases you worked on, it’s a sweatshop. It’s a crab mentality sweatshop.
