I'd welcome being laid off at this point. The company has changed too much, all of it for the worse. I want out.

Yeah I've seen things removed/reduced (some probably in the name of covid but now probably still gone bc of cost savings) but have not returned/increased.
*fun/nice company outings (lunches, events, etc), they appear to be mostly gone.
*can no longer replace phone every 2 years, instead its based on not being "fit for usage"
I wouldn't care too much about the above two, if there was a pretty consistent full bonus payouts from year to year, haven't seen that in 4-5+ years (I think).
No raises/increases to make up for the inflation that's been going on (at least that I've seen personally in the past year plus)
I would volunteer if I could.
