I know it's been a few months since the layoffs, but I just found this page. I'm wondering what was included and if there have been any changes made to the usual package. It's not that I'm not prepared if I'm affected whenever the next round hits, but it would still be nice to know what to expect.

The last round was 11 weeks of base pay plus 2 days of pay for every year of service beyond the 11 years, so if you have been with the company for 20 years, you would get about 14.5 weeks of base pay. If you're in Sales, your based pay is calculated as 100 % OTE. If you're in a state that mandates vacation payout, you'll get accrued vacation payout based on your base pay/day. This is for the US from the Feb. layoffs. Good luck to all.
Not OP but very interested - I've searched and can't find anything beyond the general guidelines.
I'm not sure any changes that were made due to COVID or whatever would be reflected in whatever is available to everybody online. I might be wrong, though.
Search on the internal company site with a term like "serverance". You should be able to get a rough idea based of, what's docs are there.
