Thread regarding Toyota Motor Corp. layoffs

So much inefficiencies at Ford

Ford has way too many useless employees. They have no work to do when they are working from home. Those who are on site are lazy, they only want more overtime. The older workforce are sitting around waiting for a buyout package. Leadership are creating more meetings, spreadsheets, and ppt to make themselves look important. The company is headed for a big failure.

Ford will cut 5% of the workforce. Hopefully those who are working from home will get the ax first.

If you have time to monitor remote workers, on-site workers, and older workers - the question must be asked about how much work YOU are doing.

Busy people don't dig into what others are up to.

because the folks in "upper" management are so hard-working and knowledgeable
frankly I have never met people more useful and with more integrity
all of them must be making a small pittance compared to those lazy workers
