Looking for info regarding closed yards and other UP shops since 2017 or so.
If it HAD been closed during the PSR period and later reopened I'd also like to know if it was a full or partial reopen. thank you

Tried closing the East Hump and East Tower at Bailey Yard. Found out that wasn't going to work. All For PSR. Master mind of that is now in charge of the Great Plains Service Unit. You fail you move up.

Closed April 30, 2020.
200+ layed off, only kept 12 agreement for care and maintenance but kept ALL 23 managers to watch, harass and threaten the 12 employees, telling them things like “you’re lucky you’re still here” and “I’m going to write you up for anything I can so they don’t let ME go”.
Reopened November 2, 2020.
Only recalled about 2/3 of the agreement employees. Was told on arrival “This is a new railroad, things WILL be different, and you better do as we say or we’ll do it again”.
Yardcenter(Dolton) is a skeleton crew now of about 9 employees total.
if you want an A on your paper, do an investigative piece on where all the UP executives are hiding from the STB.
