The store managers are all gutless con artists now. They can’t make any decisions without the douche District Mgr approving it first. That Pay Advisor cr-p screws the experienced employees out of money if they decide to step away from a manager or specialist position. It used to be you would take a 10 percent hit. Now they free fall your pay way down to a ridiculously low rate if you choose to step down. The old school store managers would override that. Now? They are afraid of their own shadow. Give me an “L”!

Pay advisor is easily manipulated! They can input whatever amount of years they want in experience to get amount they feel is accurate. No checks or balances. I have zero doubt that this was put into play to show they pay fairly - it is a total sham.
