long-term? some upper and some middle mgmt will be deemed redundant and removed. i imagine products will go biz as usual for a year or so until they come up with a ~vision~ (too bad their vision hasn't been 20/20 since 1999, and severely declining over time--now they've just moved on to vision-boarding)
Matt Quinn will probably host one of his drunken AMAs (just look how flush his face is during these) where he tells a bunch of people they'll be fired and replaced with college-level indian contractors (then laugh about it to your face and say 'thats just how business works')
then the ted cruz impersonator (Dan "better have a plan, or you'll be living on the" Streetman) will probably have an all hands and welcome us to our new Citrix gods whom are to lorde over us as he leaves through the back door.
pretty sure they already did an HR inventory around a year ago. given that tibco underpays people like they're subhuman..... unless you asked for some top-of-band raise last year and did nothing for the whole year.. you'll probably be fine for at least a year or two.
First there will be a all hands meet and they will tell if you get offer letter you stay or it will be your last day. Most of the top management will be fired. Second wave ,then 3rd wave . People with specialized architect job description will receive entry level job description and have to report to people manager who has no clue about management .
