It used to be good to work for Boeing but not so much anymore. I think every other aviation company offers more job stability than Boeing?

Boeing doesn’t have to worry about their work force quitting and going to work for airbus in Europe so they treat their employees terribly. Constantly laying off and hiring people. Thankfully people are wising up and no one will go to work for Boeing if they have other options. Boeing plan was to have the majority of their engineering workforce in Moscow with 2000 engineers, more then in Everett or Charleston combined. Another bad decision by management.
