The opinions of my colleagues are divided. Some see nothing good about this, and some do. What are your thoughts?

Splitting up the 2 won’t really do that much. There are bigger problems now that it won’t fix.
Turnover is a huge problem, our training programs are horrible, engagement is at an all time low, the red tape to get anything done is long and time consuming and expectations are higher than ever.
