I am interested in BOH What time does your fulfillment team come in ? And what do they do all day ?

Haha! I want to know what store has "...a slow day and there isn't much to do."
I'm a Fulfillment Captain. I come in at 7am. Other Fulfillment folks come in anywhere from 8-10am. Pick, pack, ship. If picks are low, we will help with the truck, markdowns, merch placement. If you are a sales associate and enjoy getting your perks from opening credit cards, all that goes away when you're on the support team.
6am-8am depending, pick + pack. Do BOPS, rinse and repeat.
How is FOH and BOH divided up? How do the schedules differ?
It depends. If it’s a lot of units, then they come at 7am. But the regular time they come in is 8am. What do they do all do? Finding the shippables and packing them out to be shipped out. Also, doing BOPs all day which is the stuff customers buy online and pick up in store, so that happens throughout the day since customers will order all throughout the day. And if it’s a slow day and there isn’t much to do, sometimes the associate either decide to leave early if the manager says it is ok or they can be transferred to work in another department such as receiving or anywhere else there is work or help needed. I am a sales associate who has worked fulfillment shifts during holidays or whenever help was needed.
