Hey I seem to manage myself very well now that I left Citrix. I don't think the issue was me but the management. lol Managing skills sucked and missed the mark. Honestly best thing I could of ever done was step away and find something else to do. Peace!

Moved on as well. After my replacement left no one has filled the spot and hiring is not yielding any good candidates. For me, life is easier and pay is greater for less work and little angst in new role.
Citrix is a sinking ship of low morale which will hit Rock bottom once the sec filing come out to see how much JoeKing and DK made on their coup of Citrix
Hahaha Still doing great a month later! woooooo!!!! landed some big accounts and sealed some long term deals for my own business. Seems I manage well after all. Woot Woot
