Constellation Software owns Harris who is acquiring Allsccripts.
Constellation is a Canadian based company by my search results.
Can US buyers invest in their stock?
Am I correct in thinking this may be a play at the discounted purchase price?
It's a pretty cheap purchase VS revenue acquired YOY IMHO.

Correction: Harris buying the majority of Allscripts products.
The Allscripts assets will be a pi-ple on the A____S of Constellation financials and will have no impact on Constellation's stock price.
