I was offered an “off cycle” pay raise because of this site. I submitted my resignation and cited pay as my reason for leaving. I then showed the district director one of the threads on this site where somebody with my same job title stated their salary which was substantially higher than mine. After business support confirmed that the salary posted on this site was within the target range for the job title, I was offered a matching rate plus 4% if I stayed.

I’m still not taking it. Even the increased salary won’t match what I’ve been offered elsewhere. But thanks anyway Crown Castle and thelayoff.com. Come Friday, I’m out bi----s!

@adxg+1gsHmh5r Fiber is doing just fine. It is part of the larger small cell strategy and it is showing financial stability.

@4zez+1gsHmh5r And it will most likely be on the fiber side. Eventually, the accountants and auditors come asking about the money, where it was spent, etc.

You can tell who kisses bu-t by the replies to this post. I get that the majority of the people at Crown love Crown but it’s only because they don’t know any better. But it won’t be much longer until the next purge and those same peeps will be singing a different tune after they get cut. I can’t wait to hear it. LOL
