Poulton is currently President and CFO.
He won’t be the CFO going forward.

I think we are talking about the future of Allscripts executives after the garage sale. Harris will decide the future of the leadership team sold.
They will stay only for as long as they are tolerated. Which overlap on sr leaders is never part of an acquisition. There will be departures.
Are there going to layoffs due this acquisition?
They will stay and continue collecting their fat paycheck. I do not think any company will want them
