With a $1.5B loss in Q1 it's going to be a massacre. They have no plan to get better, so they will just start swinging the axe wildly and hope that the Q2 loss is not as big. Better get ready.........

fake news! they can’t find anybody to hire around here.
Any seriousness in a Boeing layoff in June/July 2022?
Are you serious?
Why would they layoff and pay severance?
All they need to do is require people to come back to the office full time and continue the policy of not adjusting salaries for 8% inflation, people will leave on their own.
They already are.
This has always been Boeing’s solution to losing money. More layoffs. Employees are starting to wise up though and Boeing is no longer anyone’s first choice for a place to work. When they no longer attract aerospace workers they will maybe realize the damage they’ve done
HELLO !!!! who do you think runs McBoeingDouglas, who do think is going to get the axe first ?
Layoff all the McDonell Douglas holdovers first.
Hey @1jog+1grqI9dU ......BA-DERRR !!!!! and you think that somehow you and your group are safe ???? Your St Louis manager is probably saying the same thing, once these these Seattle id--ts are layed-off I am going out for a major beer party night. Talk about being naive and clueless. I hope you all get layed-off for being stupid.
Hope the June layoff date is true. My Everett group is planning on going out for a major beer night if our McDonnell Douglas manager who came to Seattle from St Louis gets a lay-off notice and is gone in June.
with a $1.5 billion loss there will be no VLO, it's going to be a massacre
Ah yes but first they will offer a VLO.
Layoff time

Republican Senator blasts U.S. Justice Dept's Boeing 737 MAX plea deal
WASHINGTON (Reuters) –
Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz backed the families of passengers
Mսгdeгed in two of Boeing’s fraudulent Max aircraft and sharply criticizing
the Justice Department's deferred prosecution agreement with Boeing.
The $2.5 billion Boeing deferred prosecution agreement,
a type of corporate payoff, was reached in January 2021 near the end
of former President Donald Trump's administration.
It capped a 21-month government investigation into the design and
development of the 737 MAX fraud and its two crashes,
one in Indonesia in 2018 and the other in Ethiopia in 2019,
that Mսгdeгed a total of 346 people.
Families of some of those Mսгdeгed in the two crashes asked
Texas-based U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor to declare that the
deferred prosecution agreement was negotiated in violation of their rights
as crime victims under federal law and determine appropriate remedies.
Cruz, who is ranking Republican on the Senate Commerce aviation
subcommittee, told O'Connor in a letter made public late Monday
that "Boeing engaged in criminal conduct that defrauded government
regulators and left hundreds of people dead in preventable plane crashes."
This Was Mսгdeг For Profit, Plain And Simple.
Boeing and the Justice Department declined comment.
I DON'T BELIEVE IT NOT FOR A SECOND
THINGS ARE GOING TOO GOOD FOR THIS TO BE TRUE
