Exhausting. I can’t wait to leave and become unavailable for UP forever. It is not normal for an employee to have to be available to work at all times. Unfortunately, UP wants employees who are willing to give up their family life completely. How do you manage to find any work-life balance here?

Simple answer is cbd or delta 8 and if your in a legal state well good ole thc helps the stress and bs of working on the railroad

There, there, dont listen to those guys. Cry, cry louder, cry some more, then cry again. Let it all out. May many many many more hear your cries and may they stay away from UP. By your crying, quitting, and others not applying THAT is how this place will start to turn around and improve. The koolaid mixing managers cant improve anything.
