I’m gone! It was exhilarating! It was also kind of sad that I was ignored by upper management my entire last 2 weeks. They wouldn’t even look me in the eye.
HR full on ignored my questions when asking about my retirement.
I know I put my all into a company that is nothing like it used to be when I first started many years ago. I enjoyed what I did, I enjoyed the people. The last 4-5 years or so it’s only gone down hill and is no longer a place to be proud of working for. Good luck to all! And trust me if you have a chance to get out, do it!

A 20 yr guy retired from our store last month. No announcement or congrats.
Sad.
This has happen to a coue of old timers in my store also. They were good workers and didnt miss any days. I dont understand why you wouldnt thank them and wish them the best of luck in retirement.
