Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Good Mgrs Tired of the B. S.

Studies have shown that hard working proactive associates / employees are running away from companies with turmoil in the ranks of higher leadership. Those that speak up and are tired of going with flow are either being targeted for termination or just plain and simply used up.

Those underperforming associates / employees and managers are just along for the ride making those companies worse.

Stop making others look good off the backs that are looking up to you !

Maybe Marvin should take a drive around North Carolina and see how many help wanted signs are out there. Then maybe he should consider that even fast food is starting employees at $15 an hour. Target is poaching our employees every day, He-l even Chick FilA is at $17 an hour. Best Buy is starting at$15 an hour. Lowe's wants to nickel and dime employees for $10 to $12 an hour. What a crock. Maybe Marvin should pay attention to employee conditions rather than trying to look good for his B.S. podcasts. Quit bringing in these arrogant tyrants and pay pay people what they are actually worth. 3% raises across the board ain't gonna keep good people with the company.

Lowe’s has no clue on retention of their good managers and or hourly associates!
