What Would Jim Vena do?

Vena is the architect of PSR Union Pacific. He would increase value to all the shareholders if The Board of Directors would bring him back and boot Fritz. I guarantee he would move these union negotiations right along to resolution. He had a little patience for the so called SMART union

The company is now making record profits (not adjusted for inflation) because of Jim’s leadership end direction. I guarantee if Jim was still here he would’ve already jumped on a plane and heads would have been rolling and the network congestion issues resolved.

He would’ve also axed big boy and the cheap a-s calendars by now.

Jim pulled his application because the Board of Directors refused to listen to the stockholders. The stock tanked shortly after his announcement. If it wasn’t for Jim the UP stock would not be where it’s at today and operating expense would be unsustainable and 401(k)’s would be in the dumps. A lot of people across the country are invested in Union Pacific and are counting on it for their retirement

If Vena is so great, then why did he pull his candidacy for the CEO position at the CN without notice?? Vena and Fritz are the two reasons why the UP scored worst employer in North America. Are you aware of why there's network congestion? The UP furloughed or fired 11,000+ people. The demand goes up and ports get backed up. Lack of manpower contributed to the network congestion and why is there a lack of manpower? Well that's because of the fine leadership skills from Fritz and Vena! I'll give credit where the credit is due. Vena and Fritz deserves no credit. The UP posted record profits before all of the layoffs occurred, so that's a weak argument.

You can say what you want about Vena but he’s not woke and doesn’t pretend to be. Lance Brazos is however. He believes in Hardwork and being accountable for your actions
