Anyone gotten to talk about raises with their manager yet? Are they decent raises? What is even a good raise right now, more than 10% ?

I was in the manager training for this recently. The workday stuff is just opening for raises, RSUs, etc. There will be money for raises but you dont know how much until you see it in workday (and that was BEFORE this morning's announcement of the acquisition).
Funny enough... I have 2 open reqs, with offers created and been put on hold... Finance is not approving them... "just wait" was the last thing I have been told.
Hopefully today brings some clarity.
Manager says he got no clue. I only got one raise and that was three years ago (given they stopped raises and bonuses at some point) and I got a 2.1% raise when I did ...
10% lol - no chance ... Our local inflation is about 5.5% and I bet we won't even get half that.
I've heard raises are coming, but my manager does not seem to know how much it will be (yet). We've talked about the bonus pay for next year though.
- No.
- Probably not.
- Something that at least keeps up with inflation is the normal benchmark.
