Even if you provided honest/negative feedback it was a win for management. They are reporting the employee engagement index which is only the number they are reporting and highlighting. Next time there’s a survey you should respond with your feet. The new stock program is great. They are going to eliminate the retention stock for middle managers and turn that into something everyone can buy LOL. Why do you think the agreement insurance is so cr---y? Wait until you have a $5000 deductible to pay. They’re coming after the agreement insurance this time around.

No. I have done a survey in many years.
I filled out the survey and said I had no complaints except I’d like our safety vests to be pink instead of yellow. Also I like it when my manager says good game and slaps my behind. It gives me the motivation I need
