I keep seeing former coworkers from Teradata showing up on LinkedIn with the looking for work banner. It seems like there’s been a steady stream since January. Are they moving away from the mass RIFs and letting people go at a slow trickle?
The best part is that they all seem to be getting hired quickly.

Exactly as @2wxy+1gpW2sPH mentioned, if your use your subordinates who do not lick your a*s as mops for cleaning sh!t and put them under the bus whenever possible, should you still expect their loyalty?
My LinkedIn feed is on fire with TD employees announcing they've started new gigs elsewhere. That's probably giving others the confidence to quit and enjoy a few weeks off while the recruiters fight over them. Treat good employees like cr-p and they will race for the exits given the chance.
