A colleague of mine left the company at the end of the year. He found a similar paying job in retail but with much better work conditions and a lot less pressure.
At the time when he left I was thinking about leaving too, but in the end I decided to stay. Now I see just how big of a mistake that was.
At Lowe’s I just get more and more work assigned to me, no respect from my manager, no work life balance and no opportunity to advance. Does anyone else feel like they just lost their time working here and nothing else?

I agree, definitely not worth it. Nothing is going to change though. Wasn't like this before Marv and. It almost dehumanizes you. Seen so many people break, cry, snap just couldn't deal with what they deal you. It's almost like being punished for even applying for a job there. Everyday feels like your buried alive trying to claw out of a coffin for 8+ hours a day until you can breathe again until the end of your shift. Can't even get 2 days off in a row after 6 straight. You might come close to 2 days off, but they always separate them by working a day, you can't do squat with your family like a normal human. I haven't heard anything good about the company come out of an employees mouth in years, not unless your some manager sl--e bag trying to fool your employees in a morning meeting. So yeah, it's not worth it.
Left last May after 9 years but I retired at 62 because I could. Life couldn't be better right now. Don't ki-l yourself for this POS company.
Your time in this life is precious. Don't waste it slaving away for these mgrs. If you could only hear their laughter, the mockery they have for the CSAs. They get on their mgr group text and talk S-H-I-T all day about us CSAs. Yes, you're getting paid BUT NOT ENOUGH TO MATCH INFLATION PEOPLE. LOOK HOW THEY TREAT YOU. Leave the miserable pit of he-l called lowes.
