Wouldn't it be nice to get a 1.8 million dollar paycheck every two weeks?

Yeah, just like the KERP bonuses. While customer-facing employees were being sent into homes and business daily during a pandemic without even any kind of hazard pay, the EXECUTIVES that got us into the bankruptcy mess we were in are the key employees that deserve the bonuses? Ridiculous.
If bonuses are paid out solely on performance, wouldn't the execs and directors end up OWING money?
I read the filing and it doesn't work that way. Most of his pay is for performance - no performance, no pay.
Yes that would be nice to get 1.8m per bi-weekly paycheck. That's what you get when you have a union representing you. They cheer when they "bargain" for a .25cent raise then you cheer. At the end of the year, when you're choosing your benefits you find out you're paying more for your medical. Go to school people the execs with the 1.8m did and they get rewarded with 1.8. You on the other hand can keep your job because the union "represents" you.
