Why so slow, why so low value add?

After two years and zero results at this point I assume it's been abandoned like every other initive we hear about.
Because we’re Crown Castle and and we’re not good at hiring talent to lead change. As for the talent that we do have, we usually put them in roles where we under utilize them and then they go on to other companies who in turn use their talent to blow past Crown Castle.
