Today is my last day. It is shocking how many people in IT have resigned in the past month. The wheels are coming off this company.

There has been a mass exodus from IT and the company is losing key folks. Very concerning indeed.
They aren't forced to leave, they are all running for the exit.
I wonder how long before those 3 remaining IT people are ̶f̶o̶r̶c̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶l̶e̶a̶v̶e̶ leaving the company?
To the response of WD IT sucks , guess what? The whole IT team got laid off except 3 people and now the company subcontracted a new company and have brought in people who don’t know sh-t about anything. You wonder why IT sucks ? Ask our CISO why they laid off all the people who actually knew how to do their job roles just to save a few dollars. Now we have randoms running around with zero knowledge. Of course IT sucks! All the great people were forced to leave
