I've been thinking about the reasons why the company is losing contracts. Can the leadership do anything about it, and if so, does it actually intend to do something so that GA doesn't continue losing contracts?

Their leadership is terrible!
GA lost their biggest contract in 2020 which caused the layoffs of 10% of the workforce. GA looses out contracts everyday… you should analyze GA win rate of contracts which is very low even for industry standards. But GA is good at getting contracts that no one else wants and that’s what keeps GA ticking!
What contracts has GA lost?
