As mentioned in the Shareholder acquisition report the ELT employment contracts will be terminated directly after the final signature of the acquisition. And ELT will walk away with their PRSU's ($208) and other acquisition bonuses
All of them are just here for the money. There are no visionaries, there are no miracleworkers.
The ELT, all of them are just interested in $$$
Of course the ELT believes in this merger. They stand to gain the most from it.
