How many of you guys are about to quit your job at UP this year? Is your decision pending until new contract or just waiting till June, so you can collect next year vacation time?

That go back to work clown had way too many UP sausages down the wind pipe.
KCS manager in my area wanted me to go. But I would loose my seniority. I'm in Signal. Some reason KCS signal Maintainers get paid a little less too. But their manager was cool.
I am in signal and have talked w/ the BNSF sig dept in my town. Their employees and manager sound a lot happier than we do at UP. They’re hiring and encouraged me to apply. Wish I could transfer my seniority.
Other railroads are offering hiring incentives. Tempting.
Hoping managers are mandated to work more hours and less pay
