Sabre is heavily in debt from the pandemic. They had to borrow some money to keep them float for few years. That is coming due very soon.
The easiest and fastest way to paid it off would be layoff. Unless they can get it all refinance.
Did you look at the financial statements and stock price? What is your prediction?
