Management wants young male hires to find a local girl in the Findlay office, marry her, and put down roots in their lovely farming town
That’s why Findlay is losing people left and right to remote work. Old time attitude and they are getting left behind in today’s world.

This is MPC. You are not working from home. They need to monitor and control everything you do. Besides, if you are an office boy like in Findlay, you don't do anything anyways. The refineries are where the action is. And remember, make sure you dress right and walk in the building properly or Security will run your a** down like they did me for J walking.
They want you working from the office so they can monitor your internet usage and see how much time you spend on Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn searching for a new job.
